To finish off the Lewes Climate Hub ‘In a Jam’ transport season, join Cycle Lewes for a family-friendly bike ride from Lewes to Southease, with a stop for picnic and snacks, then return back to Lewes. Suitable for all pedal-powered age groups!

Description: This ride is along the Egret’s Way south to Southease. It’s a mainly flat route starting at the Linklater Pavilion, Railway Land.
The route is a mix of surfaced and unsurfaced paths, country lanes and minor roads with light traffic when leaving and returning to Lewes.
There will be a stop for picnics/snacks in Southease; there is also food sold at the YHA cafe.
This is an accompanied ride organised by Cycle Lewes, a member of Cycling UK. This event is organised in compliance with Cycling UK guidelines. Support is being given by Get Bikery e-cargo bikes.
